Presenting 2 sessions of Sooskhma Self Compassion Meditation at the Alpha Secondary School in Burnaby.

High School students will learn about the Mind, Body, Breathing, Stress, Emotions, Meditation and how to regulate their emotions and use the Mind as a tool to achieve peak potential.

Building Robust Youth who will be role models for generations to come.
